Pressure Hand Locker Code
Unlocks the cabinet holding the Pressure Hand upgrade near Bron the red dinosaur.
Engineering Workshop Locker Code
Opens the Engineering Workshop locker containing critical documents and the Magnetic Hand ability. The code is randomized for most players — follow the UV clue trail to find yours.
Emotion Keypad Door Code
Opens a hidden optional door in the Conditioning wing that leads to the Experiment 1170 VHS tape. The keypad uses cartoon emotion faces instead of numbers.
Memories Machine Door Code
Opens the Memories Machine door with a 6-digit code that is entirely unique to your playthrough. You must complete all three Huggy Wuggy memory sequences to receive the digits.
Blanky Blankz Collectible Locker
Opens a locker in Huggy Wuggy's projector arena containing the Blankie Blanks collectible plush. You need to act fast — Huggy becomes increasingly aggressive the longer you stay in the arena.
Lily's Piano Puzzle Code
Play the symbol sequence shown by the sheet music in Lily Lovebraids' mansion. Use the clue in your own playthrough rather than a sequence copied from another save.
Backup Red Door Code
Opens the Backup Red Door in the Surgical and Observation area. This is the first of three rapid-fire codes needed in the final stretch of Chapter 5.
Surgical Rooms Corridor Code
Opens the three locked doors above the Grand Stitchery, leading down to the surgery suites. This is the second of three rapid-fire codes in the final stretch.
Red VHS Tape Cabinet Code
Opens the locked cabinet in Surgery Room 2 containing the final VHS tape of Chapter 5: 'How to Maintain Your Human.' This is the last of three rapid-fire codes and the most complex to reach.
