Pressure Hand (Crusher)

The Pressure Hand lets you smash through cracked glass windows and brittle metal vents. Essential for accessing locked areas throughout Chapter 5. It is the most versatile hand upgrade in the game, opening access to multiple optional areas, hidden collectibles, and the final VHS tape in Surgery Room 2.

Grabber (GrabPack)

The basic GrabPack hand and your primary tool for the entire game. The Grabber lets you swing across gaps, pull yourself to elevated areas, grab distant objects, and interact with the environment. Found in Bron's mouth at the very start of Chapter 5, it is the first and most essential tool you acquire.

Magnetic Hand

The Magnetic Hand attracts to magnetic panels on walls and ceilings, enabling an entirely new traversal style. It allows you to climb magnetic surfaces, traverse ceilings, and reach areas that are completely inaccessible with other hand types.

Conductive Hand

The Conductive Hand channels electricity, fire, and cold from environmental sources and transfers them to target objects. It is the most puzzle-oriented hand upgrade, used to power devices, ignite objects, freeze mechanisms, and override electronic locks throughout the late game.
