The Grand Stitchery is one of the most unsettling locations in the entire Poppy Playtime series — it's a massive surgical theater where Playtime Co performed the consciousness transfer procedures that turned children into toys. The corridor code 231 opens the doors above this theater, giving you access to the surgery suites below. The number sequence (2-3-1) may reference the order of Playtime Co's three original surgical procedures documented in the game's lore. You'll pass through here on your way to the final VHS tape and the chapter's climax.

Code is always 231 — static across all playthroughs

This is the SECOND of three rapid-fire codes: 7802 → 231 → 728

Make sure you've already passed through the Backup Red Door (7802) first

The doors are ABOVE the Grand Stitchery, leading DOWN to surgery suites — not the other way around

If stuck, make sure you're at the correct set of doors and not a dead-end corridor

The keypad is on the wall between the first and second door — it opens all three simultaneously
