Reaching this tape requires three different hand abilities in sequence: Pressure Hand to smash into Surgery Room 2, Conductive Hand to override the electronic lock, and UV Blacklight to reveal the cabinet code on the walls. How to Find

  1. 1Enter Surgery Room 2 (after using Surgical Corridor code 231)
  2. 2Equip Pressure Hand → smash through the cracked glass to enter
  3. 3Switch to Conductive Hand → steal charge from a nearby power source → route to the conductor to override the lock
  4. 4Switch to UV Blacklight mode (V key)
  5. 5Scan the walls and floor near lab equipment — code 728 appears in UV ink
  6. 6Enter 728 into the locked metal cabinet
  7. 7Take the red VHS tape
  8. 8Play it on the red VCR in Surgery Suite 1 (across the hallway, NOT in Room 2)

Troubleshooting

You need the Pressure Hand to smash into Surgery Room 2 first — switch to it before approaching

Then switch to the Conductive Hand to steal charge and override the electronic lock

The code 728 is revealed ONLY by UV Blacklight on the walls — it is invisible under normal light

Scan near the lab equipment specifically — the UV ink is on the walls at eye level, not the floor

This is the LAST of three rapid-fire codes: 7802 → 231 → 728

The VCR for this tape is in Surgery Suite 1 ACROSS the hallway — not in Room 2 where you found the tape

If you can't find the UV ink, increase your monitor brightness — it can be very faint on darker screens
