- 1Reach the Conditioning area
- 2Find the Emotion Keypad door (cartoon faces)
- 3Enter: Happy, Happy, Disgust, Sad, Fear, Happy
- 4Enter the room and find the cyan VHS tape
- 5Play it on the cyan VCR in the ruined room at the end of the corridor on the left

In the gated playground area of Sweet Street, near the top of a climbing ramp opposite a large yellow slide.
- 1Head to Sweet Street section
- 2Find the abandoned ice cream truck ride area
- 3Go to the gated playground on the left
- 4Head to the back of the play structure
- 5Look for the climbing ramp opposite the large yellow slide
- 6Tape rests near the top edge of the ramp
- 7Play on the yellow VCR in the Toy Treehouse (jump across gap to wooden platform in the massive fake tree)

Inside a locked metal cabinet in Surgery Room 2. Requires Pressure Hand + Conductive Hand + UV code 728.
- 1Reach the Reanimation sector near the Grand Stitchery
- 2Equip Pressure Hand → smash cracked glass windows around Surgery Room 2
- 3Swap to Conductive Hand → steal charge from nearby power source → route to conductor inside Surgery 2 to override the lock
- 4Inside: find the locked metal cabinet
- 5Switch on UV Blacklight → scan floor/walls near lab equipment → find code 728
- 6Enter 728 into the cabinet → grab the red tape
- 7Play on the red VCR in Surgery Suite 1 across the hallway
