Three P's of Diorama Safety
In the gated playground area of Sweet Street, near the top of a climbing ramp opposite a large yellow slide.
The 'Three P's of Diorama Safety' tape is a satirical corporate training video produced by Playtime Co. for its employees. Presented in an upbeat, educational tone, the video instructs workers on safety protocols for the factory's elaborate diorama displays — while casually glossing over the horrifying reality of what the dioramas actually contain. It exemplifies Playtime Co.'s signature blend of cheerful branding masking deeply sinister operations.
- 1Enter the Sweet Street section on Level 6
- 2Walk past the candy-themed storefronts until you reach the abandoned ice cream truck ride area
- 3Turn left and look for the gated playground — a fenced-off play area with colorful equipment
- 4Enter the playground through the gate opening
- 5Head toward the back of the play structure where you will see a large yellow slide
- 6On the opposite side of the slide, find the climbing ramp (a textured inclined surface)
- 7The yellow VHS tape rests near the top edge of the climbing ramp — grab it
- 8To play the tape, head to the Toy Treehouse area farther into Sweet Street
- 9Inside the massive fake tree, jump across the gap to reach the wooden platform

How to Maintain Your Human
Inside a locked metal cabinet in Surgery Room 2. Requires Pressure Hand + Conductive Hand + UV code 728.
Arguably the most disturbing VHS tape in the entire game, 'How to Maintain Your Human' is a corporate training video that instructs toy-bodied entities on how to care for and manage their still-living human components. The tape's cheerful instructional tone juxtaposed with its horrifying subject matter sets the emotional stage for the game's final descent into the deepest parts of the factory. It confirms the worst fears about what Playtime Co. has done to its victims.
- 1Reach the Reanimation sector near the Grand Stitchery on Level 10
- 2You need three hands available: the GrabPack default hand, the Pressure Hand, and the Conductive Hand
- 3Equip the Pressure Hand and smash the cracked glass windows around Surgery Room 2 to gain access
- 4Swap to the Conductive Hand and locate a nearby power source (glowing electrical panel)
- 5Steal the charge from the power source, then route it to the conductor terminal inside Surgery Room 2 to override the electronic lock
- 6Inside the room, find the locked metal cabinet against the wall
- 7Equip the UV Blacklight hand attachment and scan the floor and walls near the lab equipment
- 8The UV light reveals the hidden code: 728
- 9Enter 728 into the cabinet's keypad to unlock it
- 10Grab the red VHS tape from inside the cabinet
- 11Exit Surgery Room 2 and cross the hallway to Surgery Suite 1

Blankie Blanks Plush
Inside the Blanky Blankz locker in Huggy's projector arena. Code: 1936.
This plush is one of the most stressful collectibles in the game. It is located inside Huggy Wuggy's projector arena — a one-time encounter area where Huggy actively hunts you. The locker code 1936 is a reference to Playtime Co.'s founding year. Because Huggy becomes increasingly aggressive over time, players must balance speed with exploration, making this a high-risk collectible in a zone you cannot return to after the encounter ends.

- 2As soon as you enter, be aware that Huggy Wuggy is actively stalking you and becomes more aggressive over time
- 3Quickly scan the open area for the Blanky Blankz branded locker — it has a keypad on the front
- 4Approach the locker and enter code 1936 on the keypad
- 5Grab the Blankie Blanks plush from inside the locker immediately
- 6Resume the Huggy encounter — do not linger as Huggy's aggression escalates

Her ID card left behind in the monitoring room suggests she either fled or met a darker fate. The card provides her employee number and clearance level, connecting to other lore fragments found throughout the factory.

- 3Look for one of the monitoring rooms — small offices with desks and surveillance equipment

It serves as physical evidence of the company's human experimentation programs.

Golden Lemon Statue
Found in the Surgical area, inside a storage alcove near the operating theater past the decontamination chambers.
The Golden Lemon Statue depicts Lemon, one of Playtime Co.'s characters. Its placement deep within the Surgical wing — far from any toy display area — suggests it was either brought here as a personal keepsake by a staff member or placed deliberately as part of the factory's unsettling habit of mixing cheerful toy imagery with its darkest spaces.
- 1Progress through the Surgical area on Level 10 past the initial examination rooms
- 2Navigate through the decontamination chambers (the sealed doorway sections with the air-lock style doors)
- 3After exiting the decontamination area, look for the operating theater entrance
- 4Before entering the theater itself, check the storage alcove to the side of the corridor
- 5The Golden Lemon Statue sits on a shelf inside the alcove, partially hidden behind medical supply containers

Golden Prototype Statuette
Found in the Data Storage area near the end of the game, sitting on a server rack in the main data room before the final sequence begins.
The Golden Prototype Statuette is the final golden collectible in the game, depicting The Prototype (Experiment 1006). Finding it in Data Storage — the last explorable area before the endgame sequence — feels like a deliberate capstone. The Prototype is the first successful experiment and the most dangerous entity in the factory. Placing its golden likeness at the journey's end underscores the full circle of the Playtime Co. story, from creation to consequence.
- 1Reach Data Storage on Level 11 — this is the final explorable area before the ending sequence

- 3The Golden Prototype Statuette sits on one of the server racks in the room — it is at eye level and relatively visible

Secrets
Secret Lemon
A well-hidden Easter egg toy tucked away in Sweet Street, concealed behind destructible candy-themed scenery off the main path.
The Secret Lemon is an Easter egg collectible that does not count toward the game's standard completion percentage. It is a nod from the developers to dedicated explorers and completionists who go beyond the main path. The lemon itself is a recurring motif in the Poppy Playtime community, and finding it is considered a badge of honor among players. It has no bearing on achievements or 100% completion — it exists purely as a hidden reward for the most thorough explorers.
- 1Enter the Sweet Street section on Level 6
- 2Instead of following the main path through the candy storefronts, look for side areas and alcoves
- 3Search for destructible candy-themed scenery elements (candy canes, lollipop decorations, etc.) that can be broken with the GrabPack
- 4Behind one of the destructible barriers, a narrow passage leads to a hidden nook off the main route
- 5The Secret Lemon toy is tucked inside this hidden space — it is small and easy to overlook
- 6Interact with it to collect — note that it will NOT appear in the standard collectibles tracker
- 7This is purely an Easter egg and is not required for 100% completion or any achievements
